The timeline for each project can vary depending on several factors, including the
capacity of both the designer and the client at the time, as well as the complexity
and scope of work involved. Typically,
I seek branding, activation, publishing or
digital campaign contracts that last 2-8mo.
For smaller projects, the timeframe is shorter, spanning from 2 to 4 weeks.
Ultimately, the exact timeline will be determined based on your specific project
requirements and our mutual availability.

Absolutely. It is best practice to come to the designer upfront about your ideal
budget. From there I am willing to negotiate, adjust the scope if needed or bargain
services within aligning parameters.
We will use Zoom or Google Meet to discuss feedback, deliverables and execution
plans. Comments within a Google Doc will also be used for feedback, notes, links etc.
Can you collaborate with my team or other vendors?
Yes.
How do you handle feedback and revisions?
Clients are expected to meet the agreed upon window for feedback, and to
give detailed direction about what is or is not working within the presented
concepts. I aim to cultivate an open and honest space for constructive feedback.
Final files are released to the client upon the designer receiving final payment. Files delivered will be working files (.Ai, .Psd, or. Indd) PNG, JPEG, SVG, .pdf of any documents created. If a client is in need of access to editing a file long termly a Canva file would be used to build and transfer to the client.
Who owns the rights to the completed designs?
As part of this job, the Designer is creating “work product” or “Labor” for the Client.
To avoid confusion, work product is Design or Labor including, but not limited to,
research, sketches/comps, designs, illustrations, photography, editing, painting, transportation, prepping, fabricating and all other design—that is, conceives, creates, designs, develops, invents, works on, or reduces to practice—as part of this project. Exclusive copyright of these materials is reserved by the Designer, upon full payment of all fees and costs. The Designer hereby gives the Client this work product once the Client pays for it in full.
This means the Designer is giving the Client partial rights, titles, and interests in and to the work product (including intellectual property rights), and the Client will be partial sole owner of it. The Client can use the work product however they want or they can decide not to use the work product at all. The Client, for example, can modify, destroy, or sell it, as it sees fit after full payment is made. All rights remain exclusive property of the Designer.
How do you ensure the quality and accuracy of your work?
To ensure that final designs are error free, I will ask the client to do a thorough final review of all material. It is best practice to have fresh eyes on the material from a team member
on both the designer and clients side.
Yes you can contact me for updates, maintenance, or additional work after the project ends - additional fees may apply depending on the task.
